I'm kind of breaking away from the normal use of this blog and decided to set up a recipe blog so anyone can see what exactly this crazy family eats every day. We are very consistent and dedicated to good health. We have a unique way of eating that has brought us health and happiness.

Breakfast: Oats and granola (I had raisin bran)

Lunch: Kasha (or Buckwheat...but we call it Kasha) Brought out a lot of the toppings we used on the potatoes...corn, sour cream, peppers, salad, etc....

Dinner: French Toast (on homemade bread...I always feel so cool when I do it this way) I added nutmeg to the mix and it had an extra yummy taste.
Scrambled Eggs

sides: fresh berries

My wife tried your banana bread recipe today and my kids can't leave it alone. As I am sitting on the phone with her she is sending them out of the kitchen. Thanks for the tasty and healthy recipe. I am yet to try it but if my kids like it you know it's good.

I'm so glad...I love it too but actually don't make it much anymore now that bananas have gotten so expensive. There is a store in Salt Lake (NPS or Market Square) that sometimes has fabulous deals on bananas and then I make smoothies, bread, pancakes...everything with..you got it...bananas. :)
