I'm kind of breaking away from the normal use of this blog and decided to set up a recipe blog so anyone can see what exactly this crazy family eats every day. We are very consistent and dedicated to good health. We have a unique way of eating that has brought us health and happiness.

Breakfast: Zucchini Muffins w/ butter and all fruit jam

Lunch: Adzuki Beans and Barley

sides: tomato cuke salad

Dinner: Sloppy Joes (at the ward dinner....it was probably beef and gave me a tummy ache because I guess I'm not used to it)

sides: Watermelon

That tomato and cuke salad sounds really good. Do you throw in some vinegar and pepper and other things or just leave it as is, fresh and natural?

Depends on my mood...sometimes I just salt it. Sometimes I try a little vinegar but my kids don't like that as much. Braggs Aminos goes well with it or just simple olive oil and salt is my favorite..let it sit for 10 minutes before serving and it's so yummmy.
