I'm kind of breaking away from the normal use of this blog and decided to set up a recipe blog so anyone can see what exactly this crazy family eats every day. We are very consistent and dedicated to good health. We have a unique way of eating that has brought us health and happiness.

Breakfast: oatmeal and berries ( although I have to admit I was craving eggs again)

Lunch: Picnic in the park with G-ma and cousins visiting from California..ones my kids have never met before because of a divorce in that family.

Leftover Pizza

Strawberries

Dinner: French Toast w/ berries and pure maple syrup

When I made the pizza dough yesterday and made a little loaf of bread that I used for the french toast today.

Happy 4th tomorrow everyone..we've got some special meals planned and I'm sure you all are going to have a wonderful day.

Sarah, this is the first time I've noticed your recipe blog...love it! Thank you for sharing your family's diet. Your extra effort is much appreciated.

i'm glad you like it. I try to just show an honest representation of what we actually eat...we are consistent about the way we eat and have found a healthy diet that works for us.
