Breakfast: oats (I'm really liking macademia nuts, banana and blueberries on mine lately) Lunch: Salmon and steamed potatoes (I always add parsley, garlic powder, dill and salt to both..olive oil to the potatoes) sides: garden cucumbers and our first garden tomato Dinner: Cold cereal...can't remember the name...some fake cheerios w/ dehydrated strawberries. Not bad but not my favorite..I really like raisin bran and this kind called puffins. Dessert: My favorite cookies at Good Earth were on sale and I brought some home. I can eat an entire box by myself..they are soooo good.
